Chef Jennifer grew up in Chicago’s Little Village neighborhood helping out in the Butcher Shop in her father’s grocery store. After graduating culinary school, she moved on the Hyatt McCormack Place as a restaurant line cook before taking on an opportunity to lead a team as Culinary Supervisor as the Marriott Chicago Downtown Magnificent Mile. She was promoted to Banquet Chef at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown. She then moved on to roles as Sous Chef at the Midway Hotel Complex and the Westin Chicago Downtown. Jennifer became an Executive Chef here at the Hilton Oak Lawn in 2017. She lives in Oak Lawn with her husband and two children.

Joe grew up on the South Side, starting in Midlothian and then in Palos Heights. Joe began his hospitality career in South Suburbs 17 years ago and has moved to different roles around Chicago over the years. He moved back to the South Side when he met his wife and has spent the last years here in Oak Lawn. Joe and his wife just welcomed their first son to their family and are looking forward to raising him as a White Sox fan.
After finishing her studies in Europe, Edita began her hospitality career in Chicago nearly two decades ago. Her family lives in a nearby City of Hickory Hills and owns a local bar in Chicago Ridge. Edita, her husband and their sons feel very fortunate to be able to live near an incredible community like Oak Lawn and call South Side their home.
